Types of Treatment and Services Offered

• Printed educational materials on mental health that family members can keep
• A lending library of recommended resources, family guides and memoirs
• Information on community supports
• Access to a computer, printer and phone
• Dedicated team members who support family members in navigating the mental health and addiction system

Program Overview

At the Family Resource Centre, you can find information on family-specific supports. Our team can help you explore resources for families on mental illness and addiction. You are also welcome to drop by and take a moment for yourself. We offer a quiet and welcoming space with comfortable chairs, printed materials and resources, and access to a computer.
